Ideally, you spend at least of third of your life asleep. Your body repairs itself when you sleep and produces your immune cells, neurotransmitters and other agents during this time. Sleep helps with weight loss and with repair of your bodily systems. Anara Health focuses on the causes of sleep disturbances such as lifestyle and diet. We work with patients helping them improve sleep hygiene and add supplements and vitamins that will help with sleep.

Mood

There are many things that affect our mood. Lack of sleep, inadequate diet, stress, and lack of exercise can all contribute to anxiety, depression and other disorders. At Anara Health, we treat mood using through managing lifestyle, diet, and using supplements and in a few cases some medications. Our goal is to treat the underlying cause of your disruption of mood. We perform hormone and neurotransmitter testing when it is necessary.
